During the time we were going to sell our home we were 9 months pregnant and I had recently lost my brother, so my life was basically turned upside down! Kristen came in and went above and beyond to help with whatever I needed. Throughout the entire process she explained everything well and really helped me to understand what needed to get done vs what didn't! She got me an incredible offer on my home and paid for a moving company to take my items to storage until my big move! Having Kristen as an agent was amazing. Every time we would see a listing we would message her and she was on it. It could be late night (I did feel bad) but she would reply back first thing in the morning. Her energy just helped us feel more at ease especially with how the market was. We looked for about 6 months and were getting stressed out but Kristen always did her research and always had suggestions that made us realize we were in good hands and our house was out there. Kristen is quite simply, a LIFE SAVER! I first came to Kristen with a nearly impossible task in which she helped set out a plan for us to make our dreams come true. To start, we put a deposit down on our dream home but in the midst of the buying process, we needed to sell our current home in the tiniest of time frames but not only that, we needed market value for the home as we did not have any reserves as it was going towards the new home. Basically, if we didn't sell our home, we would lose our dream home. Well we gave Kristen a window a no longer than 60 days to list, sell, and close. This was our first home so in turn, it was our first time selling. We went to Kristen for everything!!! We had so many questions and concerns about upgrades, whether or not to replace certain things, etc. and boy did she give us the best advice possible. After a month of moving out, renovations, and upgrades, Kristen hit the ground running for our listing. She managed to market the property extremely well and had numerous open houses and brought our first offer less than 2 weeks of listing. We did have some trouble with the buyer (which was the buyer's agent's wrong-doing) and Kristen stepped up and took command and helped push everything along. Her knowledge and expertise is more than 5 stars. She was given the impossible task and turned those hurdles into a beautiful reality. Without Kristen, we would not be in our dream home today. I found Kristen through Zillow and she was fantastic. I wanted to purchase a home to retire to in Madera near my son and his family.
